Reservations Policy
Restaurant
  • For restaurant bookings of 10+ guest we require a £50 deposit that will be deducted from your final bill. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole by you, or is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded or returned. It is up to the Manager's discretion to allow to change the dates in your booking without affecting the deposit. During busy times we might decline or you might need to pay a new deposit
  • As we can’t guarantee good weather, we don’t reserve tables or areas in the garden
  • Restaurant booking of 10+ guest will be subject to a 10% service charge
  • Please note that booking terms and condition for key dates are subject to change and will be released closer to the date. For more information please contact the restaurant directly
Function Bookings
  • For event bookings at “The Conservatory”, a £100 non refundable deposit is required. This will be deducted from your final bill. If you reschedule the date of your function it is up to the manager discretion to request another deposit
  • For booking at “Le Jardin”, a £50 room hire is required to secure your booking, this includes not only the room hire, but chair covers and linen as well. This is not refundableand will not be deducted from your bill
  • Confetti is not allowed in any of our function areas. A £20 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if confetti is used in any areas of the venue
  • Balloons and other decorations are allowed. Please make sure you take the balloons with you and dispose of them correctly. Any decoration on the walls must be removed before the end of your booking slot. Please consult with the manager or available member of staff when decorating any area of the restaurant to avoid damaging or marking walls. Please let the manager know if there is any damage to walls. Please only use blue/white tac to avoid an extra cleaning fee
  • If you wish to bring chair covers please give us notice
  • Birthday cakes are allowed. If you wish to bring a birthday cake contact the restaurant and we will work with you to ahead of your reservation
  • As we can’t guarantee good weather, we don’t reserve tables or areas in the garden

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect there to be additional guests
  • All functions at “The Conservatory” & “Le Jardin”will be subject to a 10% service charge

  • Upon paying the booking deposit you agree to our cancelation policy and terms and conditions of hire
Promotions
  • All the promotion we run are subject to an expiry date
  • We reserve the right to change these without giving special notice
  • None of our promotions are combinable and some may apply to a particular site
  • Please contact the venue when in doubt
Vouchers
  • All vouchers are valid for the site from which they where purchased and for up to 10 months from the purchase date. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeit with no entitlement to refund or exchange
  • A valid receipt voucher must be presented at the time of arrival. Receipts with tears, water damage or not in good condition might be refused at the manager discretion
  • Vouchers cannot be used on certain holiday days, such as Christmas day, boxing day, mother’s day, or promotional menus
  • Vouchers can be used as full or part payment. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash
  • Vouchers are not transferable, refundable or replace if lost, destroyed or stolen
  • Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction, any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher
  •     The company reserves the right to amend these condition without prior notice
Buffets
  • Cold and hot buffets are out for service for a period of 2 hours maximum. After this time, the staff are instructed to clear the buffet and dispose of any leftover food. As per Health and Safety guidelines, we do not pack leftovers for guests. If you wish to do so, you can bring your own containers and take the leftovers with you. The company will not be liable for any contamination of the buffet when consumed out of the 2 hour service window
